Renick Cicily and them silly selves

Renick and Cicily are never boring.  We've had a lot of fun getting to know Renick's personality as it's started showing up more and more.  He's a very happy baby.  Cicily says the funniest things like yesterday, I told her not to eat to much candy and she said " ya cause it will make our teeth fall out and Jesus will have to buy us new ones."  She says things all the time that I'm like where did that come from?  Cicily and I made chex muddie buddies this last week and Renick rolled over for the first time after a lot of coaxing, hasn't done it again yet of course, but at least he's taken the first step.

Splash Park and Hair Cut

Yesterday we went to Heather's house to get hair cuts and play at the little splash park by her house.  We had a lot of fun and I like my new cut that will keep Renick from pulling my hair.  He thinks it's his personal toy.

Zoo, 4th of July, Other odds and ends

Renick now smiles and coos he also loves to blow bubbles!

So we all went to the zoo Cicily loved the bird show and the elephants.  The zoo also had a ton of dinosaurs Cicily and Rachel love little play dinosaurs the big ones not so much they started to get over their fear towards the end though.

 The 4th of July we set off fireworks and Cicily and Renick had Sparklers.  Renick was board as ever. lol

 Today Cicily wanted to wash the dishes and of course she wanted to do it herself this is the result.  I did have to go back and wash them, but I would like her to want to do work so I was willing.

Cicily accidently got scrached by a friends dog when they were playing fetch the dog just got to excited and wanted the ball before Cicily had thrown it. 

These are just a few other things that I thought were cute. 

Hair Cut and Prayer

Cicily has been in need of a hair cut for awhile.  It was to the point that it was starting to look like a mullet, and no one should have a mullet.  So I cut her hair and let me tell you it was frustrating to cut a 22 month old girls hair.  They don't hold still.  ahhhhh!  Luckily it turned out good. 

And for about a week now she's been praying.  I help out with the beginning and the end though.  Yesterday though her prayer was so cute I had to share.  It went like this:


I said: " Dear Heavenly Father, We thank thee for this day"

Cicily Said:  " Dada home,  Dopey home, Lella home (translation Cinderella), Peter Pan home, amen."

Soooo cute.

Hair Cut!

So I've always wanted to try and go red with my hair, but I've always been afraid to.  Well today I got the courage and dyed my hair and chopped it off again.  and here are the results. 

We also had our last Sunday family dinner this week and we took a few pics of that as well. 

It's all Gone!

If you don't know what this is it's my hair. My sister Heather Chopped it all off. If your wondering how long it is it's 10" and I'm planning on donating it. Which I think is way exciting.
